Swarland Village Hall is a Grade II listed wooden-framed building, built by the Fountains Abbey Trust just before the start of World War II. Although the building is owned by the Parish Council, it is run as a Charity for the benefit of the Parish.
The Hall has a large main hall with a modern sound system, wifi, heating, seating for 100, ample tables and a small but well equipped kitchen. A modern modular stage facility is also available. There is a car park next to the building. The Hall is available for use by clubs and groups and can also be hired for private parties.
The Hall may be hired on an hourly basis, 7 days a week by contacting the Booking Clerk on maxitoby1@gmail.com.
Further details about the facility, its history and how to book can be found on the Village Hall website at www.swarlandvillagehall.com.
